Experienced Recruiters Needed
We are once again looking to adopt the most talented technical recruiters to join our family. We will consider all levels since we know if you have what it takes, you can have twenty years experience, or just two.
Who should apply?
We will consider recruiters with at least two years of experience in agency recruiting and at minimum, a college degree. Ideally your most recent experience is in technology placement and you are fluent and enjoy immersing yourself in social media circles. We are not looking for experiences in human resources. We seek recruiters who are customer-oriented salespeople, self-motivated and who understand that these days, with the resources that are available, recruiting does not end at 6pm during the week or on weekends.
We need team players
We want entrepreneurs who are automatically hard wired to strive to do better each day. We need team players, since we work as a team helping each other close deals. As such, we do not work on commission. Our recruiters take part in a unique incentive program that allows our team of recruiters to share in the companies’ profits.

We’re Looking for Interns!
Responsibilities:
- Scan job boards for relevant job listings to give to recruiters to prospect
- Promote & maintain our exposure on social media sites
- Come up with social media strategies to integrate our services within the tech community (find & go to meet-ups, design contests, write articles for blog)
- Assist President by working with vendors on projects for our website and new CRM system
- Assist Manager of Recruiting with emailing, writing letters, setting up interviews and talking to clients/candidates as necessary
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a small office setting working with varied personalities
- Organized: Able to juggle many projects/deadlines and stay on track without losing focus
- Computer literate with Excel, Word and preferably with Mac
- Excellent writer/proofreader
- Very comfortable navigating, writing and communicating within the social web paradigm
- Articulate outgoing personality who enjoys meeting, speaking with new contacts
- Natural curiosity for how things work
- Enjoys researching everything
- Knows how to use all resources to get answers including using a phone
- Persistent: not satisfied until getting to the bottom of things
- Self-reliant: does not need hand holding but is not afraid to seek assistance if needed
- Quick to recognize that they have made a mistake and not afraid to admit it
- Smiling comes naturally and occurs often
