Michael is the President and Founder of Landover. In 1988, he decided that there was a need for a different approach to the process of creating partnerships between technical professionals and top-flight firms. The basis of this idea was to take the salespeople out of the equation and replace them with service-oriented career professionals, who earn salaries instead of commissions on placements.
Robin has been working in the industry for many years. It is pretty rare that she doesn't know someone or something or how to get the impossible done. She enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates so that she can anticipate their needs and find solutions quickly and efficiently. If you need to understand the big picture, or how to reach people when they are unreachable, talk to Robin. She will probably not tell you her secrets, but she will tell you that even after helping people for many years she still finds it fun and rewarding.
