Robin Reiss, Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Ada Toro, Managing Vice President/Recruiting

Ada has over fifteen years of experience in recruiting for the firm. Her emphasis on high quality customer service stems from her years in restaurant management. She brings her savvy business sense and an approachability that allows people to feel confident in her ability to make impeccable placements.

Beth Akins, Senior Vice President/Recruiting

Beth is Landover’s first recruiter and longest employee. Through the years, her trusted relationships with various Fortune 500 companies have brought lasting business to the firm.  She is resourceful, diligent, and prides herself on the patience to find accurate matches for clients and candidates.

Jeff Arbeit, Vice President/Recruiting

Lisa Mann, Senior Vice President/Recruiting

Lisa is a specialist in our small to middle market practice where she capitalizes on her solid market knowledge and pragmatic approach to recruiting. Lisa makes sure candidates are equipped with the inside information they need to land a job. Our clients rely on Lisa for her market expertise to help close sought after candidates in the competitive market for techs.
